How did it all start? Rick and Adele Higgins moved with their family to Connecticut in the mid 1990's. Rick had extensive experience in the field of real estate having been a real estate lawyer for 25 years and was involved in more than a billion dollars of transactions and as a builder/developer of 200 homes in the New York metropolitan area. Rick saw an opportunity to draw on his vision and years of experience to build a new boutique real estate firm in Fairfield, CT. This new brokerage would focus on core values and the highest levels of service - and the rest is history! His wife Adele was an educator who eventually retired from teaching to devote all of her attention to the company.
