Higgins Group Trumbull office in Association with Gunther Homes, Inc. It is with pleasure that Fred Gunther, President of Gunther Homes, Inc., joins Rick in establishing a Trumbull presence. Gunther Homes has been a family oriented Trumbull "tradition" since opening in the 1940s by Fred's father Carl. Fred and his wife Christina will be Managing Partners of the Higgins Group Trumbull office along with Chris Bacoulis, Managing Partner of the Higgins Group Shelton office. Chris has successfully grown the Huntington Center location to over 25 agents since opening in 2007 and brings with him an extensive marketing background.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
With the grand opening of the office, The Higgins Group and Gunther Homes will establish the beginning of a partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County (HFHCFC), where a portion of all corporate proceeds from the Trumbull office will be donated to the HFHCFC. Gunther Homes, Inc. will match every donation.

Habitat is a housing ministry working to eliminate substandard housing and create homeownership possibilities for motivated low-income families. Habitat affiliates, partner families and volunteers have built over 300,000 houses around the world, providing more than 1.5 million people in 3,000 communities with safe, decent, affordable shelter. Locally, HFHCFC has built 138 homes, serving over 600 people and has sent volunteers and completely sponsored two homes in the devastated Gulf Coast region.
