Elmarita achieved her BS in Finance from San Francisco State University. Professionally, she started her career in banking – specifically corporate treasury, trust and investment services with Union Bank, California and First Collateral mortgage lending. She is a licensed Realtor and owns/manages property out of state.  By determining market value, staying attune to real estate finance trends as well as marketing property through social media and direct mail channels, she can position properties to sell for the best possible price.
