Robin Helburn comes to us from the legal industry, where she was a technical consultant, managing a portfolio of clients along with day-to-day operations for her team. After attending college in New York, and living a decade of hustle and bustle in New York City, Robin made the move to the quiet suburbs. Today she lives in Milford, Connecticut in her own “fixer upper” by the beach with her more than significant other Jim, who is an accomplished wealth management advisor, health enthusiast, and entrepreneur. She raised two incredible high school children, Noah and Alexa, that continue to amaze her every single day. She’s an avid sports fan, aspiring chef, and amateur home designer. In her limited spare time, Robin can be found at the beach, continuing the renovation of her home, or engaging in a myriad of physical activities – including workouts at the gym, running or biking.

Bought and sold a home in 2017 in Downtown, Stamford, CT 06905.
Robin is THE BEST. She was referred to us by a colleague who recently bought their first home in Norwalk for being knowledgeable, extremely communicative and responsive, and just warm and invested in her clients. And it was all true AND MORE!
Robin sold our home in Norwalk (in 24 hours) and helped us find our forever home in Stamford (despite many bumps along the way). From helping to stage our home, to devoting hours upon hours searching for the “right house” for us, Robin went above and beyond. She works 24 hours a day for her clients. No question is too small, and she never makes you feel like you are bothering her. No matter what time of day or night, she texts you or calls you back. She keeps you in the loop the whole way.
Not only was Robin a great realtor, she is knowledgeable in many areas related to real estate. For example, upon selling our home, we unexpectedly found out that the garage-conversion/addition in our home done by the previous owners was unpermitted!!! Robin came to the rescue and took care of the whole thing! From permit applications, calling plumbers and electricians, getting inspections completed – Robin did it from start to finish. We went from being completely overwhelmed and thinking we weren’t going to be able to sell our home, to not having to worry about it at all.
Thank you, Robin, for such a great experience!
Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Monroe, CT.
We were moving from Georgia to Connecticut. If that wasn't stressful enough, my husband was living in Connecticut for 7 months. We wanted to have the kids finish their school year in Georgia.
I was doing everything long distance. We also weren't committed to a city. My husband has a large territory which gave us more cities to choose from.
Robin was truly a Godsend. She helped us narrow down cities based on our various criteria. She patiently stuck with us as we looked at houses in 6 different cities. I might have to nominate Robin for sainthood.
Robin was there to guide us, negotiate, drop everything when we needed her, and keep us sane during the whole journey. Robin's knowledge of real estate, Connecticut, negotiations, the current market, and her people skills were indespensable and priceless. We found a home we love!
We highly recommend Robin Helburn. I wouldn't use any other realtor.
