As most of you are aware the current ALL HIGGINS is not working as it was intended! This is due to our email system not being able to handle the amount we are sending and being flagged for spam the system is spreading out the emails over days to avoid being flagged. We will be making changes both short and long term to alleviate this problem.
Our plan is that we will be switching our Higgins Group email during December to a new service – that will allow larger mailboxes and more flexibility with sending emails. Once we are done testing we will send out directions and a time table.
In the meantime we need to reduce the emails we are sending out via All Higgins to Higgins Emails.
Right now our focus needs to be sending things that need to be communicated because All Higgins is the only way to do so and not send everything to All Higgins but being focused on where we send emails to avoid overloading the system.
Examples of items we should send are Non-MLS Listings, New Listings, help request and company events
Since Broker open houses are available on the mls and are pulled by agents on tour days and Open Houses are available on the mls and Higginsgroup.com each week we need to stop sending those emails on AllHiggins until we can resolve the issues.
The current All Higgins on agent access will be out of order – while they work on the system and find a new way to send to out email blast.
