Higgins Group Real Estate is coming to downtown Stamford after a recent merger with A & B Realty, according to Higgins Group managing partner Jason Kinard. The 4,000-square-foot office at 27 Strawberry Hill Ave. will boast hardwood floors, new computers, a Wi-Fi hotspot and lots of parking.
