Higgins Group Realtor Believes Education Sells a House

February 11th, 2015 | Higgins Group Real Estate

Nadine Tanen, a Realtor with the Vanderblue Team at Higgins Group and Connecticut state president of the Women’s Council of Realtors, believes that education is the key to success in any endeavor.

Tanen’s responsibility as state president of the council is to oversee eight educational programs during this year for its membership, which is spread over three chapters. “We network with professionals in other businesses and raise the bar for the real estate profession,” she says.

A recent program focused on the importance of home staging. With the majority of buyers looking for houses in move-in condition, staging is a valuable tool that agents can provide.
